Tuesday- April 29th

- Times- 4pm -7pm
Wednesday- April 30th
- Location- Road Runner Sports in Columbia
- Times- 4pm -7pm
Saturday- May 3rd
- Location- Frederick Fairgrounds
- Times- 10am- 4pm
Please note locations and times may change.
Bibs and race shirts can be picked up at any of the above locations. Runners are permitted to pick up a bib for ONE ADDITIONAL participant if they have a copy of their friend’s photo ID and their e-registration email.
Those participating virtually will automatically get their packet mailed to them. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT PACKET PICK UP IF YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THE VIRTUAL RACE.
NUT JOBBERS: We advise that you attend the EXPO ON SATURDAY to pick up your packet rather than the satellite locations since you have to come run the 5k on Saturday anyway.
Health & Fitness Expo
When: Saturday, May 3rd- 10am-4pm
Where: Inside the Frederick Fairgrounds Bldgs #9 & #13
The Health and Fitness Expo will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 10am – 4pm, inside the Frederick Fairgrounds Building #9, #13. This is the Fairgrounds’ main expo hall and has recently been renovated. Plan on spending some time going through our great Expo. Local and nationally known vendors will be on-hand selling products, giving out goodies, and offering special services. Be sure to visit the booths of our Sponsors, who help make this weekend possible, and our Frederick Running Festival Merchandise booth featuring exclusive apparel and souvenirs.
