The Kids Fun Runs will be held on Saturday, May 5th, on the Frederick Fairgrounds track. All Fun Run participants will pick up their race shirts and bibs on race day in the Fun Zone. There will be three separate distances in the Kids Fun Run:

1/2 mile Red 5:00pm
1/4 mile Blue 5:15pm
Toddler Trot Green 5:30pm
The color code for each age group will coordinate with the race number
Starting the Fun Run
All races will start promptly at the time indicated. All participants should meet in the Kids Fun Zone, located on the infield of the track, at least 15 minutes prior to their designated start time. Runners will be escorted to their appropriate start line by race staff. Parents are encouraged to run the course with their child.
Fun Run Finish Area
Upon completion of the race, participants will be corralled in a holding area at the finish. Parents are asked to join their child here and escort them directly to the Kids Zone to receive their finisher’s medal. In addition, drinks and snacks will be available in the Fun Zone.
