Health & Fitness Expo 
The Health and Fitness Expo will be held on Saturday, May 5th from 10am - 7pm, inside the Frederick Fairgrounds Building #9. This is the Fairgrounds' main expo hall and has recently been renovated. Plan on spending some time going through our great Expo. Local and nationally known vendors will be on-hand selling products, giving out goodies, and offering special services. Be sure to visit the booths of our Sponsors, who help make this weekend possible, and our Frederick Running Festival Merchandise booth featuring exclusive apparel and souvenirs.

iGiftBag
All runners will receive an iGift Bag prior to attending the expo. Due to the logistical issues with off-site packet pick-up we will not be distributing physical goodie bags this year. The Frederick Running Festival iGiftBag™ is an interactive, virtual "goodie bag" provided electronically to each runner. The iGiftBag™ features rich-media digital gifts, coupons, games, and more from local and national race sponsors. It will contain race tips, and even ways to get free stuff at the expo.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be available in several satellite locations the week prior to the event. Packets can also be picked up at the Expo on Saturday, May 5th.

Limited race day packet pickup will be available from 5:30 - 6:45am. This service is limited to the first 200 runners who register in advance for this convenience. Register here now.
If you cannot pick up your packet during the scheduled expo hours, you may authorize someone else to do it for you. To give your authorization, simply write the following on your e-confirmation card: "I give (name) permission to pick up my race materials." Please print and sign your name on this document.
